When the day of your presentation arrives, we handle all the technical details from setting up projectors, screens, computers, document cameras, cabling, power sources, and so forth so you can keep your mind on the show. 

We will even set up and test everything the night before if necessary. As a normal part of our service, we will arrive hours earlier on the day of the presentation to check and recheck everything so events unfold without a hitch.

Besides working behind the scenes, we also stay near the podium to ensure that every speaker's laptop or preloaded program functions properly. Our shoulder-to-shoulder service helps speaker confidence and prevents a lot of embarrassing moments when technology glitches arise unexpectedly.
