Our Design Process

Our website design and development approach is simple and straightforward. There are five basic phases: The Start-Up Phase, Construction Phase, Test Phase, Launch Phase, and Maintenance Phase. During website development you will be able to view how your site is progressing through a private web address given only to you. This will allow timely revisions and updates as we go.

I. Start-Up Phase

We visit and examine these sites in detail. 
We design and build a working prototype. 
We conduct a reality check with you. 
We make adjustments to the prototype as needed. 

II. Construction Phase
We build the remainder of the site. 
We conduct a second reality check with you. 
We make adjustments to the site as needed. 

III. Test Phase
We perform a quality check on the web text content. 
We perform a quality check on all web functions & features. 

IV. Launch Phase
We obtain web hosting services. 
We register your domain name. 
We upload files to new site. 
We set-up email accounts, counters, etc. 
We retest all web functions & features. 
We celebrate the successful launch of your new site. 

V. Maintenance Phase
We routinely check how the site is functioning. 
We identify improvement areas. 
We make amendments / update as needed. 
We notify you of all significant actions.
